Payment and Billing Policies

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

For international users, these Terms also comply with applicable international laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR for European users and CCPA for California residents.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes within 60 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Pakistan International Arbitration Centre (PIAC) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Providing notice through our Services

Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must stop using our Services.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FINWISE regarding the use of our Services.
